Okay! Lets get down to it. What is the #*@!!^%$#! deal with night eating. Why!? Where does it come from!? Some nights I think I've beaten it.... But then out of no where it's back with a vengeance (sucking me down into the abyss of salt, sweet, salt, sweet).... Leaving behind a wake of destruction (my healthy eating and exercise for the day).
