sidelined

After a week off I tried to get back into the work out today.  It was hard to get going without Harry to help push us (due to his cataract surgery).  But today I motivated myself  and jumped in.  I only did the level one work out and now I have a pulled back muscle.  SUCKS!  I guess I have learned the hard way that
One: consistence is everything and
Two: I need to figure out how to stay self motivated and not depend on a partner to keep me going.
Three: I'm not sure what three is but I'm sure there is a three.
