Moving "right" along.

I took a Vicodin and went for a walk today.  Trying desperately to not lose all the momentum that I had built.   It's interesting to me that no matter what I do I always want it to be more.  For example I workout a half hour and feel it "should" be and hour.  I walk a mile and wish it was two....  What is that?  Where does it come from?   It's like an under current of discontent or guilt or ???

My new goal is:
>To move some everyday.
>To develop an attitude of joyous celebration in whatever I do.
>To be gentle and supportive of myself.

  3. So I still cant figure out how to post, I don't have a little pencil button!

Hot yoga was amazing!! I loved it for the most part :). There were times that I wanted to puke and pass out, BUT other than that it went well :) I am definitely going to go again. Because I sweat so much, last night felt similar to after running the marathon. If that gives you any idea :) But this morning...I felt super skinny and sore, and ohh how I love that feeling :)

  5. I went with a co- worker who has been doing it for about a year, and she can bring in first time guests for free, so I was her first time guest! I really liked it though, so I am going to buy a package. The one I am looking at, for this particular place, is 99$ for 2 months unlimited. You can only get this deal for your first 2 months though, then they up the price. You should find a place and try it out! see if you like it and then go from there!

I will say though, there was a moment during the class when I thought I was seriously going to black out, but I breathed through it and made it. It was kind of scary though!
