San Francisco with my MaMa
I am in Sacramento; Mom and I just got back from a girls trip to S.F. for some retail therapy! On behalf of my Mom she has lost 40 lbs! She is doing a program she has done before called Optimal Weight and Wellness. It might just be a local program here in Nor Cal but it works for her and she looks great!
Here is the view from our hotel in the city!!! Ladies we need to do something like this on the Davidson side!

wow, forty pounds congrats to your mom. I hope I can get there. Yes, I agree we need to start some kind of girls outing traditions. Have fun.
